Mercure Nancy Centre Gare

everything was very good during 1 day, really enjoyed its excellent location short walk to the city square, a mere ten minutes walk from the wonderful place stanislas and the centre.

I had a delightful surprise staying at this hotel. the modern furniture and art books in the bar area were a nice touch. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area overlooking Place Thiers. the air conditioning easily coped with the hot weather. the staff were charming, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely return to this hotel. Cons: Not one thing 🙅‍♀️.

The room was a bit to small, and there were no direct access from the hotel to the parking in the basement under the hotel.

the rooms in the hotel were very big. the venue was an easy walk to iron history museum. nancy city centre district won't disappoint you. it was a perfect city break, i will be returning here soon.

The hotel is just a short 5-minute walk from the Nancy train station. We loved our stay at Mercure Nancy Centre Gare. It's conveniently located near popular tourist attractions like Jardin Alexandre Godron.

No minibar - staff doesnt speak english that well - getting internet access want easy. Too expensive for the quality offered (300 € for 2 nights)

- Breakfast on Saturday was slightly minimized compared with Friday. -Personnel is not happy to speak english. - No mini bar in room. -Expensive price compared with offerd confort.

Comfortable, modern, and recently renovated units with a nice view, plus the friendly and helpful staff take care of parking nearby.

The hotel's location was good for us, as it was near the railway station.

There was no power point near where a laptop could be used with an ethernet cable for broadband access. The romm was also a bit "tired".

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Nancy. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The reception team, including Nadia, Paul, and the two Maries, were very good too ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant team was also excellent and took care of any health concerns we had. We are very grateful for the warm welcome and assistance from the hotel throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

In my room two bulbs were out of service and not replaced, the bath soap was not refilled...... Sloppy room management

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the train station and easy for carrying our luggage. It was also conveniently located near the main attractions of the city, making it easy to explore. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance and information when needed.

Our overall experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. the room we stayed in was outdated and tired, in need of renovation.

This place is conveniently located close to various dining options, the central train station, and the city center.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the beds were great. The hotel location was convenient, near the train station and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The morning meal could have been better, especially the scrambled eggs.
